  • Store your STEM products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For optimal performance, ensure lids are tightly closed after use.

  • Each product includes a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging. Most STEM formulations remain effective for 6–12 months after opening when stored correctly.

  • Yes. STEM products are formulated to support skin across all types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend patch testing before first use.

  • Our formulations are developed using evidence-based ingredients and undergo rigorous testing to ensure safety, stability, and performance.

  • Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if irritation persists. Please contact us so we can support you further at [support@beautyinstem.com].

  • STEM products are formulated and manufactured in research and development laboratories in Singapore. 

  • Yes. STEM products are cruelty-free.

  • No. PDRN is the only animal-derived ingredient used. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.

  • We currently ship to the USA, India, UK, and Canada, with plans to expand internationally.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually range from 3–7 business days.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

BILLING & PAYMENT

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your location.

  • Yes. All transactions are handled by Shopify’s encrypted and PCI-compliant payment system. STEM does not store or have access to your full payment details.

  • Your payment is authorized and charged at the time you place your order.

  • Charges may appear as Beauty in STEM or Shopify Payments, depending on your bank and payment method.

  • For security reasons, billing details cannot be changed once an order has been placed. If you notice an issue, please contact us immediately.

  • Yes. A digital receipt will be automatically emailed to you after checkout via Shopify.

  • Payment issues can occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, or bank authorization restrictions. We recommend contacting your bank or trying an alternative payment method.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. 

  • Email us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Orders without an image won't be eligible for refund.
